Step Up For Students

Liberty Christian School Athletics

Liberty Christian School athletics are built on Christ centered sportsmanship, and our students are known across the state for competing with integrity on and off the field. We emphasize playing a good, clean game because every practice and competition is an opportunity to represent Christ well through attitude, effort, and respect.

Students have several ways to get involved in athletics throughout the year. For young men, Liberty offers Flag Football in the fall and Basketball in the spring. For young ladies, opportunities include Volleyball in the fall, Basketball in the spring, and Cheerleading year round, creating a strong mix of team experiences and school spirit.

To participate, students must pay the designated sports fee, maintain a “C” average or better, and complete a sports physical conducted by a physician (forms are available on the School Forms page). Game schedules are posted in the school’s Events Calendar, and Liberty teams are also known for a strong winning tradition, with championship banners lining the gym and titles earned in Boys Flag Football (1974, 2001–2004, 2006–2013, 2015, 2019, 2021–2022), Girls Volleyball (2005–2011, 2013), Boys Basketball (2003, 2007–2008, 2011, 2013–2015, 2019–2022), and Girls Basketball (2006, 2008, 2010–2011, 2014–2016).
